Around 260 attendees from 180 companies participated in “Creating new market opportunities in CLMV countries” Forum on February 26.

Mrs. Ketmanee Lertkitcha concluded that "the beauty and cosmetic industry in Thailand grew by 3-5%, with a total value of 12 billion THB, and favorable views of Thai beauty and cosmetic brands have led to Thailand capturing 40% of market share in the CLMV region.
More than 200 attendees participated in “Beauty Made in Thailand” Forum on January 24. Mrs. Ketmanee Lertkitcha, Deputy Secretary-General and Honorary Chair of Cosmetics Industry Group, the Federation of Thai Industries (F.T.I) and President of Thai Cosmetic Manufacturers Association delivered an opening speech and a few beauty industry experts from Thailand such as Kantar Worldpanel Co., Ltd, O-Spa International Co., Ltd, DVN International Co., Ltd and Sesa International Co., Ltd. shared their expertise about "how to promote thai beauty brands to the world".
BBAB will launch "Beauty Made in Thailand" project in 2018 to invite international buyers to bangkok to see thailand and add value to Thai beauty industry.
With the strong support from The Federation of Thai Industries and Thailand Institute of Fashion Research (inFASH), BBAB successfully organized the ASEAN Beauty Industry Networking Night on March 28th in the Cielo Sky Bar Rooftop & Restaurant. More than 200 cosmetics companies joined in the grand gathering.
Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok team met Thai Lanna Spa Association, the Chiangmai Chamber of Commerce and the Federation of Thai Industries Chiang Mai Chapter to promote the show and discuss the idea of organizing a group of exhibitors, visitors ,buyers and gather entrepreneurs in Northern part of Thailand to participate in Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok 2017.
BBAB team visited the Provincial Public Relations Office at Udonthani aimig to promote the show to key players in the Beauty industry there and discussed about the show updates as well as how BBAB can support to strengthen the local beauty sector to the next level.
